Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Cullompton. You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, source high-quality candidates, and help deliver an excellent candidate experience. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, you will coordinate recruitment activities, build talent pipelines, and maintain accurate candidate records. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using a range of recruitment methods.
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners with shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
- Write and advertise vacancies across internal and external recruitment channels.
- Manage recruitment enquiries, providing support to candidates and stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers to support talent attraction and onboarding activities.
- Conduct initial candidate screening against role requirements.
- Support recruitment projects and campaigns across multiple business areas.
- Help deliver a positive candidate experience through effective communication and process management.
- Assist with social media recruitment and employer branding activities.
- Maintain and update the recruitment management system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Produce and update recruitment reports and insights.
- Identify and support continuous improvements to recruitment processes and practices.

Required Experience
- Previous recruitment experience in an in-house or agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in recruitment systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and sourcing techniques.
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
