Location: Hampshire / Hybrid
Salary/package: £26,551 per annum + bonus scheme
Contract type: Fixed Term until March 2028
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role within Connect2Hampshire, supporting the attraction, onboarding, and compliance of candidates across a wide range of interim and fixed-term opportunities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, helping public sector services secure the people they need to deliver important projects and services.

This role would suit someone with a recruitment, resourcing, customer service, or sales background who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and managing administration activities. You'll gain exposure to a varied recruitment environment, supporting everything from candidate sourcing and compliance through to recruitment administration and business support.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting recruitment campaigns across interim, fixed-term, and project-based vacancies.
  • Reviewing applications, maintaining candidate records, and updating recruitment systems.
  • Managing candidate compliance checks and ensuring onboarding processes are completed accurately.
  • Building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies to support hiring activity.
  • Arranging interviews and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Uploading vacancies to job boards, agency portals, and recruitment platforms.
  • Supporting temporary worker and timesheet administration to ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Working closely with consultants and managers to understand recruitment requirements and workforce needs.
  • Providing recruitment administration and wider business support across the team as required.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing, customer service, sales, or administration.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with candidates, managers, and external organisations.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using recruitment systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
