We are looking for an enthusiastic & pro-active individual to join the team as a Junior Recruitment Resourcer. A minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment is required to fulfil the role. You will receive training on the job as well as the opportunity to gain an industry recognized apprenticeship. This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to grow their career in recruitment in this specialized Telecoms sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & advertising candidates for live vacancies
- Formatting CV’s
- Updating databases
- Building rapport with clients
- Generating leads & referrals
- Building your own pipeline of candidates
- Meeting established deadlines for long-term goals
