About White Stuff

White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women’s and men’s clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in-house), intricate details, and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive.

Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We’re sociable, talented, and like-minded and we’re not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.

Who You Are

You’re an organized, proactive, and people-focused recruitment professional who enjoys finding great talent and creating a positive candidate experience. You’ll be comfortable supporting on several vacancies and priorities at once and communicating confidently with candidates and using your initiative to keep recruitment activity moving.

Primary Objective of the Job

  • To support the Recruitment team in delivering an efficient, inclusive, and engaging end-to-end recruitment service across all departments. The role will proactively source and engage talent, coordinate recruitment activity, and maintain accurate recruitment records while delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • This is a 6-month FTC position starting in October.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
