Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Resourcer role based in Wakefield. The Recruitment Resourcer will support the talent acquisition team by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.

The role involves:

- Screening CVs
- Conducting initial telephone interviews
- Creating shortlists aligned with role requirements and business needs
- Managing candidate communications
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Additional responsibilities include:
- Drafting job adverts
- Assisting with recruitment campaigns
- Providing recruitment administration support
- Helping to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong candidate sourcing and research skills, including use of job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Candidates should possess skills in CV screening, initial candidate assessment, and interview coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Candidates should possess organisational and administrative skills, including accurate data entry, record-keeping, and time management.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of recruitment processes and an understanding of compliance and data protection principles.
- Experience in recruitment, HR support, or talent acquisition within infrastructure, construction, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is advantageous.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
