We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing specialist recruitment business.
This is an ideal first career opportunity for a school leaver or recent graduate who is curious, organised, commercially minded and wants to build a career in recruitment.
Working directly with the Founder, you’ll help identify and engage high-quality candidates across Value Creation, Strategy, Change & Transformation, and Data & AI.

What you’ll be doing:
- Using LinkedIn and job boards to identify relevant candidates
- Researching markets, companies and potential candidates
- Reviewing CVs and assessing candidate suitability
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Keeping our CRM/ATS accurate and up to date
- Supporting the Founder with live recruitment assignments
- Learning how specialist recruitment and executive search works

What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Confident using LinkedIn and technology
- A genuine interest in business, people and how companies operate
- No previous recruitment experience required
