Are you an organised Customer Service Professional with a confident telephone manner looking for a different challenge to progress your career?
Meridian have recently won a number of new contracts and are therefore looking for a bright, Customer Service individual to join our National Recruitment Centre as a Recruitment Resourcer with the flexibility to work from home!
Role Overview
This Recruitment Resourcer role is a 3-month fixed-term contract offering a pro rata salary of £26-26.5k per annum working full time 8am–5pm Monday to Friday although we can be flexible.

Meridian Business Support is one of the largest privately owned recruitment companies in the UK. As a Recruitment Resourcer within the National Recruitment Centre, you will be responsible for sourcing high volumes of candidates for a variety of temporary industrial roles across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Making approximately 80 calls per day to applicants, explaining the role in more detail, and asking a set of questions to ensure their suitability for the role.
- Booking candidates in for a registration appointment with the local branch while providing excellent customer service at all times.
Required Skills and Experience
- Customer Service experience within an office environment/call centre is essential.
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and in-house databases/CRM systems are ideally required.
- Any experience within the recruitment industry is advantageous but not essential.
- An excellent telephone manner with drive and ambition to succeed.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines is necessary.
- Flexibility as priorities change regularly and no working day is the same!
