Recruitment Resourcer (Research & Talent)
Location: Liscombe Park, LU7 (Hybrid working)
Working Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm)
Holiday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays

About Intervl
Intervl is an executive search business focused exclusively on the energy transition, partnering with some of the fastest-growing clean technology companies across Europe and North America.
We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our team by identifying, engaging and building relationships with senior commercial talent across the energy sector.
This role is ideal for someone from a Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, or Delivery background who enjoys research, networking, and relationship building without the pressure of business development.

The Role
- Identifying senior commercial talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and market research
- Building relationships with Director, VP, and C-Level candidates
- Producing market maps and competitor analysis
- Supporting retained executive search assignments
- Gathering market intelligence on hiring activity, leadership moves, and industry trends
- Working closely with our consultants to deliver exceptional shortlists
This is a proactive research-led role. You won't be expected to cold sell clients or generate business.

- Previous recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or candidate sourcing experience
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and research skills
- Enjoys building long-term relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and naturally curious
- Comfortable speaking with senior professionals
Experience within energy, technology, or SaaS recruitment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
