Recruitment Resourcer – Maidstone

£26,500 - + Monthly Bonus
We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our established team in Maidstone.
Huntress is an independent recruitment business with a strong reputation across Kent and the wider UK. We work with a broad range of businesses, recruiting across areas including Business Support, HR, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, IT and more.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, or for an experienced Resourcer who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment and wants to be part of a supportive, experienced team.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants, helping them identify and engage with great candidates for a wide range of vacancies.

Your role will include:
- Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, our extensive internal database and other recruitment platforms
- Building and developing candidate talent pools
- Contacting candidates and understanding their experience and career requirements
- Conducting initial screening calls and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Writing and posting engaging job advertisements
- Supporting consultants with vacancy briefings and candidate searches
- Carrying out market research and identifying new candidate sources
- Keeping candidate records and information up to date
- Supporting the wider team with recruitment projects and campaigns
About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people and is naturally curious about what makes a good candidate.

Previous recruitment or resourcing experience would be useful, but it isn't essential. We’re also interested in people who have strong communication skills, are commercially aware and are looking to develop a career in recruitment.
You'll ideally have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence speaking to people on the phone and via LinkedIn
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
- A proactive approach and the willingness to learn
- Good IT skills and confidence using online platforms
- A genuine interest in recruitment and working with people
