Recruitment Resourcer – Remote

Harrisons Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our client's remote team.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused professional with strong communication skills and recruitment experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying talent, building candidate relationships and supporting the recruitment process.

Key Role Details

  • Location: Remote – UK
  • Salary: £25,000–£32,000 + Bonus
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday
  • Experience: 1–2 years' experience in IT recruitment, technology recruitment or service-related recruitment

About the Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging candidates, building talent pipelines and supporting Recruitment Consultants throughout the hiring process. You will play an important role in identifying suitable candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify suitable candidates through online platforms, job boards and recruitment databases
  • Review CVs and shortlist candidates against role requirements
  • Contact and engage with potential candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and telephone interviews
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate candidate communication
  • Support Recruitment Consultants throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with job advertising and candidate attraction activities
  • Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication
  • Work towards individual and team recruitment targets

Requirements

  • 1–2 years' experience in IT recruitment, technology recruitment or service-related recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities
  • Confident using online recruitment platforms, databases and job boards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
  • Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
