We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. No previous recruitment experience is required. If you're organised, curious, confident communicating with people, and enjoy solving problems, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
At Cogito, we partner with organisations to help them attract, engage and hire the people they need to grow. We combine recruitment expertise, market insight and a consultative approach to deliver talent acquisition solutions across RPO, talent mapping, employer brand, leadership hiring and project-based recruitment.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Bristol-based team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants variety, ownership and the chance to work across different client projects, supporting customers with high-quality recruitment delivery and proactive talent engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Searching for and identifying potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and online research tools.
- Speaking with candidates to understand their skills, experience and career goals.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns across a range of exciting client projects.
- Writing and posting job adverts.
- Managing candidate records and recruitment data.
- Scheduling interviews and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Building talent pipelines for future opportunities.
- Working closely with experienced recruiters and Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver excellent recruitment solutions.

About you
We’re looking for someone who is confident, professional and organised, with a strong eye for detail and the motivation to support recruitment delivery.
You will bring:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive and willing to learn.
- Comfortable using technology and online research tools.
- Resilient, driven and motivated by achieving goals.
- Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, retail or administration experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
