Resourcer – Built Environment | Oval / Central London

£27k-£30k + Uncapped Commission | Hybrid | Early Finish Fridays

Are you a confident, outgoing person who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working towards goals?

Whether you’re a recent graduate, have experience in telesales, estate agency, customer service, retail sales, or simply have the personality and drive to succeed in recruitment, we’d love to hear from you. We’re an established specialist recruitment business with 25+ years of experience in the built environment, backed by the Pertemps Network Group while maintaining the close-knit culture of a smaller team.

We’re currently based in Oval, South London, with plans to relocate to Central London (Cannon Street) in 2027, as we continue to grow.

We’re looking for a Resourcer to join our growing team, supporting the recruitment of professionals within the build environment across the UK.

About the Role

As a Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging talented professionals for our clients.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, CV-Library, Indeed and other platforms
  • Speaking with candidates over the phone and building strong relationships
  • Understanding candidates’ experience, skills and career aspirations
  • Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
  • Arranging interviews and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
  • Working closely with our experienced consultants to deliver for clients
  • Developing your recruitment, communication and commercial skills with full training and ongoing support

No previous recruitment experience is essential. We’re much more interested in your personality, communication skills, attitude and willingness to learn.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
