We're an established recruitment company, with an enviable reputation in the construction sector. This is a vacancy to cover increased activity of our mostly blue chip clients. The position is for an Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator in our South Thames office, based full time (8:30 am - 5:00 pm).
You'll be a core member of our fantastic sales team working alongside some very experienced consultants who will help mentor and develop you if and where necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates: Using a variety of methods such as social media, job boards, internal databases, networking, etc.
- Administrative Tasks: updating of internal candidate records, formatting CVs, etc.
- Handling advert responses
- Interfacing with candidates via phone, email, and social media in a professional, confident, and friendly manner.

Requirements:
- Enthusiastic candidates, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous resourcing, recruitment, and sales experience would be beneficial but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided.
This would be a great opportunity for someone wishing to begin their career in recruitment.
