You will play a key role in developing long term relationships with clients and identifying and attracting high-quality candidates.

The Role
- Work closely with clients and develop long term relationships.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking and internal databases.
- Screen CVs and conduct telephone, video and face to face interviews.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing strategies.

The Person
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or customer service (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, positive, and resilient attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
