We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Hospitality Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about people, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Working on a hybrid basis, you’ll have the flexibility of working from home alongside time in the office, giving you the best of both worlds.
The Role
As a Hospitality Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll support our consultants by sourcing, screening and engaging exceptional hospitality professionals for permanent roles across primarily hotels and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen CVs and conduct telephone and video interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hospitality talent.
- Match candidates to suitable vacancies.
- Write engaging job adverts and manage online postings.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates receive regular feedback.
- Maintain accurate records using our recruitment CRM.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates to support future opportunities.

About You
- Previous recruitment, hospitality, or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using recruitment systems, Microsoft Office, and online sourcing tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home and collaboratively in the office.
