Recruitment Resourcer – South Coast Desk
Location: Bridgend Hub Office (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Salary: Competitive basic salary + competitive OTE
Benefits: Free on-site parking, no weekend working, Christmas shutdown without using annual leave
About the Role
Due to continued growth across the South Coast, I'm looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join me on my busy and successful recruitment desk based in our brand-new Bridgend Hub Office.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside me, supporting a thriving desk that is growing rapidly. You'll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates while developing your career within recruitment.
This is a candidate-focused role with no business development required. You'll be responsible for finding great talent, building strong relationships with candidates, arranging interviews, and supporting them throughout the recruitment process.
With a busy and established desk, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, learn from an experienced recruiter, and be part of an exciting period of growth across the South Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Speak with candidates to understand their experience, skills, and career goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Screen and qualify candidates for suitable opportunities.
- Write and advertise engaging job adverts.
- Arrange interviews and manage candidate availability.
- Keep candidate records and CRM systems updated.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support the day-to-day running of a busy recruitment desk.

About You
We're looking for someone who is confident, driven, and enjoys speaking to people. Recruitment experience is not essential—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, personality, and transferable skills.
You may come from a background such as:
- Customer-facing sales or service.
- Call centre or contact centre.
- New homes sales.
- Estate agency or property.
- Retail or hospitality with a strong customer focus.
- Recruitment (desirable but not essential).
To be successful, you'll be:
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, resilient, and driven to succeed.
- Someone who enjoys helping people and delivering great service.
