Recruit the people who deliver the UK's biggest transformation programmes
Most resourcing jobs are a numbers game. This one isn't.
At Stellar Omada, the people you place go on to deliver complex change for some of the UK's leading banks, building societies and pension providers. The consultants, testers, architects and delivery leads you find become the reason our clients trust us with their hardest problems. That's a big responsibility, and a brilliant place to build a career.
We're reshaping our recruitment function into a proper Resourcing operation, with a new operating model, clear SLAs and the tooling to match. We're looking for a Resourcer to help make it work.
Who we are:
Stellar Omada was founded in Edinburgh in 2018 and has been recognised as Scotland's fastest-growing technology services company. We're now more than 150 people strong, working across the UK from bases in Edinburgh, London, Northampton and Milton Keynes.
We specialise in Programme Delivery, Digital Transformation and Testing Services, and we're expanding fast into new sectors and new products. We're independent, ambitious and unashamedly proud of the team we've built, from our Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation to our sponsorship of Heart of Midlothian FC and grassroots sport across Scotland.
Our motto is "Change to advance the future." We mean it internally as much as for our clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll do
Responsibilities:
- Own the full 360° recruitment lifecycle for technical, digital and management consulting roles, from intake meeting to offer acceptance and beyond.
- Find great people. Proactive, multi-channel sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, specialist boards, tech communities and our internal referral scheme. Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified talent for our core practice areas.
- Assess with rigour. Structured screening for technical skill, consulting mindset, adaptability and culture fit, then a smooth, well-coordinated interview process with our practice leads and technical panels.
- Partner with the business. Work directly with Practice Leads and Sales Leads, advising on talent availability, salary benchmarks and timelines, and tracking the metrics that matter (time-to-fill, conversion, quality of hire).
- Champion the candidate. Every candidate gets a premium, responsive experience whatever the outcome. You'll articulate Stellar Omada's story with conviction and manage offers and negotiation through to a seamless onboarding.
- Look after our contractors. Structured aftercare from Day 1 through to redeployment, acting as first port of call for any assignment issues and keeping our best people inside the Stellar network.
