Recruitment Resourcer

Up to £28,000 p/a (plus bonus and benefits)

An exciting opportunity for a talented and confident Recruitment Resourcer to join a vibrant and dynamic team at an established specialist recruitment agency providing recruitment solutions to the construction industries.

Due to continued growth, our client is actively growing their high-achieving temporary recruitment team at their Head Office in South Wales.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting experienced Recruitment Consultants across busy temporary recruitment desks
  • Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates using a variety of channels
  • Picking up the phone and proactively speaking to candidates about current and upcoming opportunities
  • Screening and qualifying candidates, including experience, availability and suitability
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate database and talent pool
  • Keeping in regular contact with candidates and temporary workers
  • Supporting the team with urgent bookings and live vacancies
  • Ensuring candidate information and records are accurate and up to date
  • Supporting with candidate compliance and onboarding
  • Working at pace and prioritising effectively when requirements change
  • Taking ownership of tasks and using your own initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Working closely with the wider recruitment team to help fill vacancies and grow an already high-achieving temp desk

Previous recruitment/resourcing experience would be advantageous, but attitude, initiative and transferable experience are equally important
