Recruitment Resourcer – Deep Tech Recruitment
IC Resources is one of Europe’s leading deep tech recruitment specialists — and we’re expanding.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Theale, supporting experienced Consultants and helping to connect talented engineers with cutting-edge companies across semiconductors, electronics, software, AI and emerging technologies.
This is an excellent opportunity to start or progress a career in recruitment within one of the most exciting sectors in tech.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and engaging candidates across our database and LinkedIn
- Writing job adverts and reviewing applications
- Speaking with candidates and understanding their experience and aspirations
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
- Supporting Consultants with active searches and open vacancies
- Working towards clear activity and quality-based targets

- Confident communication skills — especially over the phone
- Strong organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A proactive, driven attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability, attention to detail and a positive team mindset.
No recruitment experience? That’s fine — you’ll receive structured training in-house, plus ongoing coaching from your manager.
