Education Recruitment Resourcer – Maternity Cover

Location

Central London (More London, near London Bridge)

Contract

Full-time, maternity cover (September 2026 – July 2027)

Hours

Monday to Friday, term-time with flexible shifts to engage candidates before and after school; shorter set hours during school holidays

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Education Resourcer to join our central London team for an 11 month maternity cover. You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing, screening, and securing high-quality teaching and support staff for primary, secondary, and SEND schools across London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to education recruitment in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Searching for and contacting potential candidates via job boards and online platforms.
  • Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates.
  • Writing professional candidate profiles tailored to school requirements.
  • Editing and updating CVs.
  • Preparing compliance documentation to meet legal and regulatory standards.
  • Managing our online pre-registration database.
  • Assisting with general office administration and phone enquiries.
