Permanent Position

£25,500 - £28,000 per annum + Commission + Training + Progression
Are you a graduate or have proven telephone customer service experience? Do you consider yourself to be a good judge of character? Would an uncapped commission package motivate you?
We at Elix Sourcing Solutions are looking for our next Recruitment Resourcer; a role where you will exclusively deal with candidates by finding, interviewing, assessing, and matching candidates with roles given to you by account managers.

Job Responsibilities
- You will be given vacancies by account managers to work and will cover a variety of roles.
- You will receive training, development, and support to ensure you are knowledgeable and comfortable with the roles you are being asked to find candidates for.
- Candidates may come via job applications to your email inbox, and some will require you to use LinkedIn and CV Databases to find candidates.
This is a Monday to Friday, office-based role, working as part of a team of late twenties and 30’s aged staff.
