Recruitment Resourcer – Driving & Industrial
📍 Bradley Stoke, Bristol | 💰 Up to £30k + commission/bonus
We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their established Driving & Industrial team.
This is a 180 recruitment role with no sales or business development. You'll focus on servicing existing clients, managing vacancies and sourcing the right candidates.
The role:
- Manage existing client relationships
- Take and manage vacancy requirements
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Match candidates to suitable roles
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients

You'll need:
- up to 1 year recruitment experience, ideally within Driving, Industrial or Logistics
- Strong communication and candidate management skills
- Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple vacancies
- A proactive, service-focused approach
