We are Hiring!
Circet UK is seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our Recruitment Team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Based in our Slough office, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of recruitment activity across a range of operational and corporate positions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in a recruitment or high-volume customer contact environment who enjoys engaging with people and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
- Review and screen incoming CVs against role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability, experience, availability, and motivation.
- Qualify candidates against role-specific criteria and company requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage interview diaries and coordinate availability across multiple stakeholders.
- Communicate interview details and preparation information to candidates.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collect and verify employment references.
- Complete right-to-work, identification, and other pre-employment checks.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is received and processed accurately.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, GDPR requirements, and recruitment procedures.
- Produce recruitment administration reports and updates when required.
- Support the wider Recruitment Team with ad hoc recruitment projects and activities.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's experience in either Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Coordinator, or Recruitment Administrator role; or a high-volume customer service or call centre environment.
- Excellent telephone communication and interviewing skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate processes simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). (Desirable, not required)
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and pre-employment screening processes. (Desirable, not required)
