The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team, supporting across the finance, operations, supply chain, and procurement professions. You will play a key role in supporting two Directors by sourcing and engaging candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and clients. School hours also considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our database.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A proactive and positive approach with a desire to learn and develop in recruitment.

  • Basic salary of £25-30k D.O.E plus the opportunity to earn bonuses
  • Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.15pm, Friday 8.30am – 1pm
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Wellness scheme of £50 per month
  • Hybrid working after training period
