InGenivm Group is growing, and we’re looking for our next hire.
We’re looking for an ambitious, confident, and driven individual to join our growing team. You do not need previous recruitment experience. In fact, we’d love to hear from recent graduates or people at the beginning of their careers who are commercially minded, great with people, and hungry to build a successful career. You’ll work alongside experienced recruitment consultants, helping us identify and engage some of the best engineering professionals across the US.
What you’ll be doing:
- Headhunting and identifying high-calibre candidates
- Speaking with professionals across the US market
- Building relationships and growing your network
- Researching companies, competitors, and specialist markets
- Supporting consultants on live searches and placements
- Learning the full recruitment lifecycle with the opportunity to progress into a 360 recruitment role
