Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager
Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 + Commission
About Dynamic
At Dynamic Search, we specialise in connecting high-calibre IT professionals with fast-growing technology businesses across the UK and Europe. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our Liverpool HQ. Working closely with our Co-Founder, you'll support key client accounts by identifying and engaging candidates across the IT market.
This role is ideal for someone with recruitment or sales experience who enjoys building relationships, speaking to people, and working in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, helping our consultants deliver a high-quality service to both clients and candidates.
This role offers a clear progression path into Account Management, with ongoing training, support, and development to help you build a long-term career at Dynamic Search.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct outbound calls and telephone interviews with candidates
- Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability for live vacancies
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to develop a consistent talent pipeline
- Support Recruitment Consultants with interview scheduling, compliance, and general administration
- Keep candidate records and CRM systems updated and accurate
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Meet activity targets including calls, CV submissions, and interviews arranged

Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who is motivated, resilient, and enjoys building relationships. Previous recruitment or sales experience is highly desirable, but most importantly, you'll have the drive to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll be:
- Experienced in recruitment, sales, or another target-driven environment
- A confident communicator with a strong telephone manner
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results
- Comfortable building relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Proactive, positive, and eager to learn
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working towards shared goals
