We are Hiring: Recruitment Resourcer (Construction Sector) – Inverness City Centre
Are you organized, driven, and ready to build a career in a thriving industry? We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our fast-paced team in the heart of Inverness. In this role, you will directly support our established Temporary and Permanent recruitment desks, helping connect top talent with leading construction projects across the region.
The Role
- Source Candidates: Find high-quality construction professionals using job boards, social media, and databases
- Screen Talent: Conduct initial phone screenings and verify certifications (like CSCS cards).
- Support the Team: Assist busy consultants with compliance, administration, and candidate communication
- Build Pipelines: Maintain a strong network of active and passive candidates for upcoming projects

What We Are Looking For
- Communication Skills: Excellent phone manner and strong written communication
- Organisation: Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Industry Awareness: Knowledge of the construction sector is a plus, but not essential
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new databases and recruitment tools.
