We work with some of the country's leading construction businesses, supplying talented professionals across both permanent and temporary markets.

We're now looking for a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice to join our London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment. You don't need previous recruitment experience, we're more interested in your attitude, ambition, work ethic and desire to succeed.

What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play an important role in supporting our recruitment consultants and helping us deliver great candidates to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and identifying candidates for live vacancies
  • Registering new candidates and building strong candidate relationships
  • Speaking with candidates to understand their experience and availability
  • Advertising live vacancies across relevant job boards
  • Lead generation and candidate development
  • Screening, vetting and referencing candidates
  • Formatting CVs and creating candidate profiles
  • Requesting and maintaining candidate documentation and certificates
  • Managing timesheets and ensuring information is submitted accurately
  • Updating candidate records and maintaining accurate databases
  • Creating and sending assignment details
  • Handling incoming calls and general candidate queries
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and recruitment support to the team
