About the Role
Azon Core is recruiting a Recruitment & Retention Manager for a highly regarded, CQC Outstanding-rated domiciliary care provider in West London.
This is an established, ambitious care business looking for someone who can take real ownership of recruitment performance, strengthen retention and build a much stronger local talent pipeline through community partnerships, referrals, networking, events, direct sourcing, and creative outreach.
You will manage an existing full-time recruiter, lead from the front, and be accountable for results across both recruitment and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day recruitment performance
- Managing and developing an existing recruiter
- Community recruitment and local partnerships
- Candidate sourcing and direct outreach
- Referral campaigns
- Recruitment events and networking
- Candidate pipeline management
- Screening and interviewing
- Recruitment conversion and speed to hire
- Recruitment KPIs and activity targets
- Working with operations to recruit by location, availability, and workforce need
- Improving onboarding and the early Care Professional journey
- Retention and engagement activity
- Stay conversations and exit insight
- Testing new recruitment channels and campaigns

The Challenge
Home care recruitment is not simply about generating more applicants. The business needs the right people, in the right locations, with the right availability and working patterns. You will work closely with scheduling and operations to turn workforce demand into focused recruitment activity, while also improving the experience people receive after joining.
The aim is simple:

You may currently be a:
- Recruitment Manager

- Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to move in-house
Care-sector experience would be useful, but is not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates from high-volume, frontline, or dispersed workforce environments such as:
