is a specialist technology recruitment business partnering with some of the most exciting brands across the UK, Europe, and the US. We focus on building long-term relationships with our clients and candidates, and we’re known for our pace, quality, and service levels.

We are growing and looking for a Client Solutions Manager – UK to help us maximise revenue and expand partnerships across the UK market, working with both legacy and new clients. This role will be based out of our London office.

This role is a '180' focused business development role supported by a team of exceptional Delivery Consultants.

The opportunity

As a Client Solutions Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our commercial engine, owning key client relationships and driving net-new opportunities across permanent and contract hiring. You’ll focus on mapping revenue opportunities, expanding our footprint within existing clients, and opening new partnerships that fuel the next stage of develop’s growth in the UK.

This is an ideal role if you love client-side business development, enjoy working at pace, and want a clear path into senior commercial leadership as we continue to scale.

Client development and revenue growth

  • Identify and map key revenue-generating opportunities across develop’s UK client base and target market.
  • Work with Directors to define and execute strategies for growing revenue within key accounts.
  • Deliver a constant flow of new permanent and contract vacancies into different areas of the business.

Key account management and stakeholder relationships

  • Build and foster relationships with senior stakeholders across priority client accounts, increasing develop’s footprint within these businesses.
  • Maintain regular, high-quality contact (face-to-face and video) with decision-makers across your chosen accounts.
  • Form part of the Senior Leadership Team, representing the client voice and commercial opportunities across the business.

Partnership creation and cross-selling

  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Consultants to identify and formalise new client partnerships once terms are signed.
  • Actively upsell and cross-sell develop’s products, services, and niche vertical market specialists.
  • Focus on increasing the volume of contractors within the business and improving permanent average order value.

Brand building and process excellence

  • Add value to the develop. brand through your own personal brand, both online and at industry events.
  • Keep accurate CRM records across all business development activity, including mailshots, notes, emails, and other communications.
  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets, contributing directly to the growth of the UK business.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a fast-paced business development, client solutions, or account management role within recruitment or a related sector.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue across both permanent and contract hiring, with a track record of hitting or exceeding monthly targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders face-to-face, via video, and across digital channels.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify, prioritise, and convert new business opportunities and cross-sell services.
  • High attention to detail when working with CRM data, documentation, and client terms.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of key accounts and new partnerships.
