TWO SALES-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Are you relentless, high-energy and driven by the thrill of the chase? Beautiful Recruitment is growing, and we're looking for two commercially driven people to join our recruitment team in Harrogate.
We're recruiting for two distinct positions:
SALES-HUNGRY 360 RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
For an experienced recruiter who wants to combine new business development with end-to-end recruitment. You'll be responsible for winning new clients, developing existing relationships, taking vacancies, sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process through to placement. This is a true 360 recruitment role for someone who enjoys both sides of the business — winning the client and finding the candidate.
You'll be expected to:
- Identify and target new corporate clients
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers, HR and Talent Acquisition teams
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and networking
- Win recruitment assignments and negotiate terms
- Source, qualify and interview candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from brief through to placement
- Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business
- Build your own desk, network and personal brand
- Attend industry events, conferences and exhibitions

We're looking for someone with a hunter mentality who is commercially driven, resilient and motivated by targets and uncapped commission. An experienced 360 recruiter is ideal, but we'd also consider a proven B2B sales professional who wants to move into recruitment.
OUT-AND-OUT SALES HUNTER
For someone who lives and breathes new business. This is a dedicated sales role focused on opening doors, winning new corporate clients and closing recruitment business.
You won't be managing existing accounts or waiting for leads to come in. You'll be identifying prospects, getting through to decision-makers, booking meetings, pitching our recruitment services and winning new business.
You'll be expected to:
- Identify, research and target new corporate clients
- Map decision-makers and build prospect lists
- Make high-volume outbound calls
- Use LinkedIn, email and social selling to generate opportunities
- Book and deliver client pitches and Teams meetings
- Engage with C-suite, HR and Talent Acquisition decision-makers
- Overcome objections and negotiate commercial terms
- Displace incumbent recruitment suppliers
- Reignite dormant relationships and develop new opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Network at industry conferences and exhibitions

We're looking for a relentless sales hunter who thrives on targets, rejection doesn't faze you and closing a deal gives you a buzz.
Recruitment experience is useful, but we're also interested in proven B2B sales professionals from sectors such as SaaS, professional services, financial services, telecoms, events or technology.
