Job Title

At Adecco, we are proud to partner with the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) in providing critical recruitment services for the UK’s Armed Forces. This new approach will, for the first time, see the Royal Navy, the British Army, and the Royal Air Force have a joint Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS). Delivered through a partnership of the MOD, Serco, Adecco and a consortium of partners, this service will provide end-to-end support from candidate attraction to assessment, onboarding, and Phase 1 training.

You will focus on solutions implementation, driving key workstreams to enable successful achievement of operational readiness within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the AFRS Solution Design Director, this is a hands-on role - refining and implementing the TOM.
  • Own and deliver to assigned AFRS solutions workstreams within the Adecco delivery TOM.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to translate solution components into project actions and deliverables and support the execution of these.
  • Strive to achieve consistent service excellence, effective governance and legal compliance in all solutions design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with other workstream leads and provide solutions expertise to where required.
  • Provide support in the creative design, commercial modelling of all solutions and presenting to new and existing clients across the group.
  • Demonstrate expertise in articulating the technical, commercial and operational critical dependencies of each solution.
  • Collaborate with all relevant internal and external / third party stakeholders required to implement the solution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
