We're working with a top law firm looking to bring on an In-House Recruiter to own recruitment for its business services functions.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing recruitment end-to-end for business services roles
- Partnering closely with the legal tech teams on hiring
- Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
- Running interviews and guiding hiring managers through the process
- Liaising with agencies to manage briefs and pipelines
- Staying sharp on market trends and talent insight
