The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create clear job postings, and maintain strong communication with applicants. This role also involves:

  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Supporting onboarding and training coordination
  • Using data and recruitment tools to improve hiring outcomes

Qualifications

  • Strong Recruiting and Hiring skills for managing full-cycle talent acquisition
  • Effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess suitability and maintain a positive candidate experience
  • Training and onboarding support skills to help new hires transition successfully into their roles
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
