Recruiter Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes. In this role, you will collaborate with international teams, create compelling job advertisements, and conduct HR interviews to attract and engage the right talent. You will thrive in a fast-paced, open-minded environment where new ideas are encouraged, learn from experienced colleagues, and make a meaningful impact by connecting talented people with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging both active and passive candidates
- Source and attract candidates for a range of roles, primarily in software development, data analytics, sales, and administration
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide timely feedback, and share insights on market conditions and talent availability
- Develop and support recruitment marketing and employer-branding initiatives, including partnerships with universities and other external organizations
- Support the VP of HR by providing accurate recruitment and hiring data, insights, and updates
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate data, dashboards, and reports

- At least 3 years of recruitment experience; experience in IT recruitment is a strong advantage
- A creative approach to candidate sourcing, attraction, and engagement
- Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends, sourcing channels, and recruitment methods
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A data-driven, metrics-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate records
- A strong commitment to delivering a positive, transparent, and inclusive candidate experience
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
