Researcher / Junior Consultant
We are looking to hire a Researcher / Junior Consultant at Carr Lyons, a specialist financial services recruitment firm based in the City of London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call through our existing recruitment database to confirm and update candidate and client details.
- Identify and approach potential new candidates for specific mandates we are working on.
- Record accurate, high-quality information in our CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights on market trends or opportunities uncovered during calls.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Previous experience in recruitment preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
