Talent Partner / Lead Talent Partner – Food Manufacturing & FMCG Recruitment

Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits

Major Talent is expanding, and we're looking for ambitious Talent Partners and Lead Talent Partners to join our specialist Food Manufacturing & FMCG division.

The Role

As a Talent Partner, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, taking ownership of your own desk and developing lasting partnerships with both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new business opportunities through proactive business development.
  • Building and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Winning new clients and negotiating terms of business.
  • Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.
  • Sourcing, headhunting, and engaging high-quality candidates using multiple attraction methods.
  • Providing consultative recruitment advice and market insight.
  • Managing offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Building a strong pipeline of candidates and future opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and activity within our CRM.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in recruiters who:

  • Have previous experience in a 360 recruitment role.
  • Enjoy business development and winning new clients.
  • Have excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Are commercially driven and motivated by achieving results.
  • Can manage their own workload and work autonomously.
  • Have experience recruiting within Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Manufacturing or Engineering (preferred but not essential).
