The opportunity
Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Recruitment Specialist to join our team at our Head Office in Uxbridge, London. As Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting casual team members for our stadiums in London, Derby, and Sunderland, while supporting the team with direct sourcing for our permanent positions. What will you do?
- Lead the recruitment drive for casual team members across all our UK stadiums
- Assist the talent acquisition team with direct sourcing for part-time and full-time roles throughout all UK sites
- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Partner, Hiring Managers, and the People Team at each stadium to establish team member needs
- Support collaboration with the Innovation Center to ensure appropriate advertisements are created for prioritized roles
- Ensure compliance with company and legal procedures to maintain consistency with Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More About You
No degree or experience required
Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, organization, accuracy, attention to detail, self-motivation, proactive independent working, teamwork and collaboration, working well under pressure, and written and verbal communication
Physical Requirements
Ability to travel and work at identified Stadiums
