The Role

You'll bring a strong sales and business development background, with your own clients and the drive to make the most of this opportunity earning 55% commission along the way.

We're looking for motivated, results-driven self-starters who can manage the full recruitment process, from first client conversation through to placement.

This role gives you genuine flexibility to work from home and shape your own priorities, with support and advice whenever you need it. And for those with ambition, there's a real path to Directorship as part of our succession plan.

What You'll Have Behind You

We back you with an extensive range of resources and support, including:

  • A full CRM system client and candidate databases, email templates, reports, contracts and terms of business
  • Remote desktop access and MS Office Pro Suite (just bring your own PC/laptop)
  • Job board and website advertising platforms
  • Digital and social media marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • A structured onboarding programme plus ongoing management support
  • A full back-office service legal and business advice, IT support, invoicing and credit control
