Due to key client wins, and significant growth within our contractor solutions business, we're looking for a Recruitment Support Consultant to help engage with our contractor management solution.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering outstanding service, building relationships, and supporting people throughout their journey. Someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, capable of ‘spinning plates’ and dealing with many moving parts. This person will be personally dealing with some of our largest clients and some of our most talented contractors, so relationship management skills are key.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for contractors before and during throughout their assignment lifecycle, handling all queries
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with start dates, logistics, and onboarding
- Proactively reaching out to existing contractors, developing relationships, ensuring they are happy and addressing any queries
- Assisting with onboarding processes and supporting contractors with any queries relating to contracts, timesheets, payroll and compliance
- Generating future leads through contractor conversations
- Identifying opportunities to improve the contractor experience and service delivery

What We're Looking For:
- Experience working within a recruitment co-ordination, administration or contractor care capacity would be helpful but not essential
- Previous experience in a customer service, account management, client service, or relationship management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships
