Role Description
If you've spent your career in Recruitment, Executive Search or Talent Acquisition, you've developed a highly transferable set of skills.
You know how to attract people, ask good questions, understand motivation, recognise potential, build trust and follow up consistently.
Perhaps it's time to explore where else those skills could take you.
We're looking to connect with experienced recruitment professionals and commercially-minded individuals interested in applying their skills within the personal and leadership development sector.
You'll engage with individuals exploring personal and professional development opportunities, using digital advertising, professional conversations and a structured process to determine suitability and mutual fit.

What You'll Be Doing
- Reviewing applications and identifying potentially suitable individuals
- Creating and testing online advertising to generate enquiries
- Conducting professional telephone and online conversations
- Asking questions, listening and assessing suitability
- Building and nurturing relationships
- Consistent and professional follow-up
- Using established digital marketing strategies, systems and online tools
- Managing your own activity, priorities and performance
- Participating in ongoing personal and leadership development
Who We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in professionals with experience in:
- Recruitment & Executive Search
- Talent Acquisition
- Search & Selection
- Business Development
- Consultative Sales
- Client Relationship Management
- HR & People Development
- Professional Services
You'll ideally have at least five years' professional experience.
Beyond your experience, we're looking for people who:
