We’re growing our Contract recruitment business at Halian and looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead / Manager to lead and develop our US Contract Technology market.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows Contract recruitment, understands how to build a successful market and enjoys developing both people and business.
You’ll take ownership of growing our US Contract offering, developing client relationships, winning new business and building a high-performing recruitment team around you.
Working across areas such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering, ERP, Digital, Product and Transformation, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the market, grow your team and play a key role in Halian’s continued US growth.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Team Lead or Manager with a strong 360 recruitment background and experience developing business, building client relationships and delivering within a fast-paced Contract market.

You’ll ideally have experience leading, mentoring or developing recruiters, alongside a track record of building your own desk and generating new business.
Experience within Technology recruitment is ideal, and previous exposure to the US recruitment market would be a strong advantage.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone ambitious and commercially driven who wants the opportunity to build a market, grow a team and lead from the front.
