Recruitment Trainer

Milk Education
Liverpool Head Office

Have you built a successful recruitment career and are ready for your next challenge?

Perhaps you've spent years building desks, developing clients and consistently billing, but the part of recruitment you've always enjoyed most is training others, sharing your knowledge and seeing people succeed.

At Milk Education, we're looking for an experienced recruiter who understands what it takes to succeed in an agency environment and is passionate about helping develop the next generation of recruitment consultants.

If you're ready to step away from running your own desk and into a role where you can share your experience, develop others and make a wider impact across the business, we'd love to hear from you.

About Milk Education

At Milk Education, we specialise in recruiting Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Early Years professionals into schools across the UK.

We're proudly independent, purpose-driven and growing at an exciting pace, with nine offices nationwide and ambitious plans for further expansion.

As we continue to grow, investing in our people has never been more important. That's where you come in.

Reporting directly to our Learning & Development Manager, you'll become an integral part of our Learning & Development team, helping to train and develop consultants at every stage of their recruitment journey — from brand-new trainees taking their first steps in recruitment to experienced consultants looking to take their performance to the next level.

Your role won't simply be about delivering training sessions. You'll train, coach, mentor, challenge and inspire our people to become the best recruiters they can be.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
