Recruitment Transformation Partner | Established Care Provider | Home Based | £45,000–£50,000 Base + 10% Bonus

Are you an experienced recruitment transformation, TA operations or recruitment project professional looking for a role where you can genuinely improve how recruitment operates?

We're partnering with an established care home provider to appoint a Recruitment Transformation Partner.

This is a project-led role focused on turning recruitment strategy into delivery, improving systems, processes, reporting, technology and automation to make recruitment more efficient and effective.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of recruitment transformation projects across the business, with a particular focus on ATS systems, AI and automation, Recruitment MI, analytics, process improvement and recruitment technology.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear business insight and producing reporting that supports strategic and Board-level decision-making.

This isn't a role focused on day-to-day recruitment delivery. It's about understanding how recruitment currently operates, identifying what's available in the market and implementing better ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver recruitment transformation projects from strategy through to implementation.
  • Review and optimise ATS systems and wider recruitment technology.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Analyse recruitment processes, systems and reporting structures to identify improvements.
  • Develop Recruitment MI, analytics and performance reporting.
  • Provide clear insight and reporting to senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer brand initiatives.
  • Implement new processes and ways of working across the recruitment function.
  • Support training, adoption and embedding of new systems and processes.
  • Research the recruitment technology market and identify solutions that could improve the business.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to reduce administration and create recruiter capacity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
