What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients
- Identifying commercial opportunities and winning new business
- Building candidate networks within specialist markets
- Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
- Negotiating offers and delivering outstanding service
What We're Looking For
- 3/4 years (min) experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Recruitment or a similar commercial role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- Commercial awareness and a consultative mindset
- Resilience, ambition, and a desire to succeed
- An interest in developing a long-term career in recruitment
- Degree-educated or equivalent
