Rector for St Ninian's Scottish Episcopal Church
Prestwick, situated on the magnificent Ayrshire coast on the West of Scotland.
We are part of the United Diocese of Glasgow and Galloway and are prayerfully looking for a fulltime Rector who is spirit-filled, seeking to walk together with us as we follow Jesus. Someone who will be able to deepen our understanding of the Bible, encourage our prayer life, nurture and grow our healing ministry and our mission work in the community. To walk humbly with us, rejoice, laugh, pray and cry with us and invite and wait on the Holy Spirit to lead us in everything we do.

Our worship is described as sacramental with charismatic elements, faithfully supported by a large active lay team who are comfortable with using their gifts in a diverse range of worship styles and liturgy, and creatively reaching out to the surrounding community.
The Rectory is a modern 4-bedroom house within a quiet residential area, 7 mins drive to the church, sea front and local amenities. Prestwick is within easy reach of Glasgow and surrounding thriving towns along the stunning scenic coastline.
St Ninian's is situated next to the ancient healing site of Bruce's Well and healing is very much part of our DNA. Here you will find a warm welcome, a joyous community of people who are expectant, not fazed by change and challenges, but prayerful and filled with hope at the signs of God's activity all around.
