About the Role
St Mary's, Finedon is a single-church parish with a rich heritage, a strong sense of community, and an exciting future. We are seeking a Vicar who will provide stable leadership and pastoral care to our congregation.

- Leading worship and providing spiritual guidance to the parish
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the church
- Engaging with the local community and fostering relationships
- Developing and implementing plans for the church's future growth
Requirements
- Ordained minister of the Church of England
- Experience in parish ministry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to the mission and values of the Church of England
