Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Recruitment Agent role, compensated on a commissions-only basis.

The Recruitment Agent will source and qualify candidates or opportunities across multiple sectors, using online platforms, databases, and networking to build strong talent pipelines.

Day-to-day tasks require proactive outreach, accurate documentation of recruitment activities, and consistent follow-up to ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

  • Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities, including experience using job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Solid relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and candidates at different seniority levels.
  • Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple vacancies, track progress, and meet agreed timelines and performance targets.
  • Negotiation and sales-oriented skills, including comfort working on a commissions-only structure and driving results through proactive outreach.
  • Proficiency with digital tools, CRM or applicant tracking systems, and remote collaboration platforms.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related client-facing role is highly beneficial.
  • Understanding of the UK employment market and basic knowledge of recruitment best practices and compliance is an advantage.
