Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Package: Competitive salary plus large company benefits
Hours: 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday

Role Purpose
The purpose of the warehouse role is to manage the storage, handling, and movement of goods within the facility, as well as operating a forklift to facilitate these processes. This role is crucial for maintaining an organised warehouse, ensuring the safe handling of our customer devices, and assisting with overall operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Locating and picking pallets from and to various storage locations.
- Operating a variety of mechanical handling equipment (FLT’s, PPT’s etc.).
- Performing regular PI counts of all stock on hand.
- To process all customer units within agreed OLA’s/SLA’s, with focus on attention to detail while ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met.
- Achieve key performance indicators and targets, thereby ensuring the maximum productivity of the facility, whilst maintaining efficiency and quality.
- To undertake any training programs regarding all processes and procedures, thereby ensuring total compliance to all relevant company policies such as (but not limited to) Health and Safety, Safe Systems of Work and the Traffic Management Plan.
- Ensure a high level of security awareness is maintained.
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the position (including specific project activity and covering for absence from the overall Recyclea team) to maintain overall departmental effectiveness.
- To ensure all customer equipment is handled carefully to always avoid damage.
- To project a proactive and positive attitude when communicating with external/internal customers. To maintain a friendly, professional service always.

Skills And Experience
- Previous experience in a similar operational role or intelligent, adaptable individual who can be suitably trained.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Must be computer literate
