Do you enjoy meeting people, discovering their stories and bringing conversations to life on camera?
We are looking for a confident, personable Red Carpet Host to join the presenting team at Stars Night Awards 2026 in Liverpool.
Now in its fourth edition, Stars Night Awards celebrates individuals, organisations and initiatives making a meaningful difference across business, culture and communities. The gala brings together artists, entrepreneurs, leaders and creators for an evening of recognition, live performances and international connections.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will help create a welcoming red-carpet experience and capture the people and stories behind the evening, working alongside the Wyspa TV production team.
Your activities will include:
- Welcoming guests and helping them feel comfortable on camera.
- Conducting short interviews with nominees, artists, partners and invited guests.
- Preparing relevant questions using event and guest information.
- Working with camera operators and organisers to keep interviews flowing smoothly.
- Bringing warmth, curiosity and professionalism to each conversation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A confident communicator with a friendly, engaging presenting style.
- A natural ability to start conversations, connect with people and build rapport.
- An interest in people, culture, business and community stories.
- Good listening skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A collaborative approach and confidence in a busy event environment.
- Availability to attend in Liverpool on 23 October 2026.
Experience in presenting, journalism, interviewing, podcasting or event hosting is welcome. Emerging presenters with relevant examples of their work are also encouraged to apply.

The host’s arrival time, interview schedule and preparation arrangements will be agreed separately. Evening formalwear is appropriate.
HONORARY ROLE ARRANGEMENTS
This is an honorary, unpaid role. We provide a complimentary reserved seat at a gala table. The scope, time commitment and any arrangements for expenses will be discussed before you confirm your participation.
